Oman issues royal decrees on Islamic Cooperation Organization charter and Rwanda visa exemptions

Sultan Haitham bin Tarik issued two royal decrees on October 4: one approving an amendment to the charter of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation and another ratifying an agreement with Rwanda granting reciprocal visa exemptions to holders of diplomatic, special and service passports.
